This album сonsists of songs, which were originally released in 2012 and 2013. It's a custom selection of songs, which were completely re-recorded from scratch and mix-mastered in a way they had to sound from the beginning. Overall, the melodies are very uplifting yet have a melancholic touch.

Now, more details about each of the songs:
• Tracks 2, 5, 6 were originally written in May 2012, released on the first full-length album 'From One Day to Another' in the same month;
• Tracks 1, 3, 4 - in August-October 2012, released on the second (and last) full-length album 'Sweet Dreams' in February 2013.
• Track 7 - started in April 2012 but was laid to rest in an unfinished state without even a name; never published. It was finished in August 2015.
All tracks were re-recorded, mixed and mastered during the last week of August 2015.

Dans The Density Parameter, Mesarthim reprend tous les ingrédients qui font leur marque de fabrique : des pistes assez longues au rythme énergique (très palpable sur "Recombination" par exemple) et jouant sur des structures cycliques, un chant qui erre parmi les étoiles... Les ambiances sont prolifiques mais elles changent la donne : gracieuses, certes, mais surtout plus mélancoliques qu'autrefois.
